Esther Yu
President and Chief Executive Officer
Esther Yu's professional accomplishments are a testament to her leadership skills and drive for excellence. Her professional skills and aspirations led her to start her own software development company in 1994 after nearly a decade as a senior consultant to Bell Laboratories (plus another seven years working for AT&T). Under Esther’s leadership, ASIFT has been able to build an award-winning Service- Oriented Architecture enabled (SOA) technology in the area of systems integration.One recent example of Esther's leadership is her firm's successful competitive bid against more than 20 other providers in winning the opportunity to present a web-based solution which integrates disparate data sources for data mining and data analysis for the United States Air Force.
As an entrepreneur, Esther has not only achieved commercial success, she has also instilled her strong values into the corporate culture. Her devotion to a faith-based lifestyle inspired her to pursue new ventures which Esther uses as a communication platform with the next generations. Her background and beliefs continue to create an environment of integrity, generosity, and righteousness.
Esther obtained a B.S. in Computer Science from Kean University and an M.S. from Seton Hall University. Her professional experience also includes five years in senior consultant positions at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Manchild Yu, MBA, D. Min.
VP of Finance
Manchild Yu has more over 30 years in financial management, operations, business administration and business operations. His background includes industry experience in software applications, software development and manufacturing firms. Manchild not only brings with him deep financial and operational expertise, but also in-depth technical knowledge, which he’s used over the years to build and transition departments into profitable entities.Manchild holds a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and bachelor degree in business administration in Tamkang University.

Tahwu Chou
Director of Products
Tahwu Chou has over 20 years of experience in research, technology, and business application development. Prior to joining ASIFT, he ran a consulting business where he provided technical consulting, contract R&D, and technology commercialization services to private industry. Before that, Tahwu was a research scientist at Stevens Institute of Technology, and his work includes numerous publications.Previous to Stevens Tech, he was a Quality Engineering Manager of Aspen Technology, a supply chain management provider. He has also held lead roles with Beckman Coulter, a biomedical laboratory instruments company, and Enviro-Tech, an environmental instruments equipment company.
Tahwu earned his M.S. in Chemistry and M.S./M.B.A. in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Tomoyoshi Tamura
Senior System Architect and Designer
Tomoyoshi Tamura has worked in software development and IT management for more than 25 years. He is currently the ASIFT lead for major technology design and development.For several years, Tomo has been fulfilling a similar role for ISI, one of the world’s leading providers of business process integration and solutions development. Under his leadership, the ISI technical team developed a patented single interface technology platform for critical online data processing that led to the formation of ASIFT Software.
Prior to ISI, he was Director of the Technology Department at Unity Corporation, in charge of technical development and support for Unity and its customers in Japan. While at Unity, Tomo developed a cash card machine control and management system, a real estate management system, a financial management system, and an exam/test management system. Prior to Unity, Tomo was a project leader for Sankei Corporation, where he led a project team that designed and developed a stock management system for a large brokerage firm.
Tomo holds a Master of Arts degree from Musashino University in Japan.
